In 1987 Kann began development of a line of specialty
trailers and truck bodies for the emerging recycling industry.
The CurbSorter® line of products is devoted specifically
to recycling, while other product lines have been developed
in later years for the Co-Collection of solid waste, recyclables,
and green waste. This focus on collection of multiple
streams with one truck and one operator has brought Kann
Manufacturing to the forefront in co-collection technology.
